Vagrant Lens Photography

Hi, my name is Erynne Nicole

I am a photographer based in the South Dallas area.  I specialize in Children, Tweens, Seniors and Engagement photography. When I was 16 I was given a camera. I immediately fell in love with the way it felt in my hands, photography has been my passion ever since.  I love capturing the innocence of  a child, the transition from child to teenager,   the budding independence that comes with becoming an adult and the love between a couple destined for each other. Nothing makes me happier than capturing these moments and sharing them with you.

“I know who I WAS when I got up this morning, but I think I must have been changed several times since then”
― Lewis Carroll, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass

My name is Erin Myers, Erynne is an alternate spelling and
I absolutely love it. My birthday is  March 26, 1982, so that
makes me 30 something.  I am OK with that. My birthday
happens to be one of my favorite days of the year.
I am happily married, my husband and I have been married
15 years and we have 3 kids together. I call them my nerdlings
because they share a lot of our interests, hobbies and habits.
My husband is a nerd, I am frequently informed that I am only
a nerd  by association. I absolutely adore my family.
I love the color pink, it makes me happy.  I also love music,
all kinds of genres. Though, rock and classical are my most listened
to.  Tchaikovsky is one of my favorite composers.
Reading  books takes me into another world. I collect antique books(pre-1900),
there is something about reading a book
that has survived generations that appeals to me.
Coffee makes my world turn. There are some days I feel I could
not survive without it.  If I didn’t know better I would think that
coffee ran in my veins.
When I was young my parents had a book filled with pictures taken
by Ansel Adams. Our styles and subjects may be very different, he
was a landscape photographer, but as a child I was in awe of his work.
It was his landscapes that inspired me to find my own path in photography
and pursue it.
Photography, as a powerful medium of expression and communications,
offers an infinite variety of perception,
interpretation and execution.” –  Ansel Adams

What Do People Think of My Work?

Marrissa G.

Erynne is an amazing photographer who takes pride in what she does. She has a wonderful personality and has tons of ideas for all different types of photos. She suggest amazing locations for the photographs she takes and the location coincides with the purpose of the photo session. Once again an amazing photographer!

Erynne did my senior photos. She was extremely professional but also kept the shoot fun and carefree. I would highly recommend her to someone who wants to get a great shot of a memory.
